BrainSharp 50+

Who Built This

A brain-training product asks for your trust and 15 minutes of your day. You are entitled to know exactly whose work you are trusting, what company stands behind it, and how it is made.

Timothy E. Parker

Timothy E. Parker
Guinness World Records Puzzle Master

Timothy holds the Guinness World Record for Most Crosswords Compiled — you can verify the record on Guinness World Records’ own site. Over 20,000 published puzzles. Decades of research into how the mind retrieves a name, calculates a risk, and holds a thought against distraction. BrainSharp 50+ is that body of work compressed into a daily 12-to-15-minute ritual built for the 50+ brain.

Timothy Parker’s puzzles have been created for: Disney, Microsoft, Comcast, Smithsonian, Mensa, and NBC.

Every lesson in BrainSharp is built from that puzzle-craft: exercises that load memory, reasoning, word retrieval, and pattern recognition under gentle time pressure, then measured against your own baseline — never against vanity numbers.

How We Make BrainSharp

The six-domain model

Cognition is not one trait, so we do not train it as one. BrainSharp organizes its lessons around six cognitive domains — Memory Recall, Processing Speed, Attention & Focus, Reasoning & Logic, Word Retrieval, and Spatial Processing — chosen because they map to the everyday activities that matter most after 50: managing money, recognizing scams, driving, following instructions, and holding a conversation. Your daily session is calibrated to the domain that needs the most work.

The citation policy

Every lesson is annotated with the research paradigm it is modeled on, with an APA-style reference and a DOI link you can check yourself. If we cannot trace an exercise to published work, it does not ship. Your personal scientific report carries a full APA bibliography, and the doctor-visit version is built around the Lancet Commission’s modifiable risk factors with a MoCA/MMSE primer for your physician.

The honesty policy

We tell you what training cannot do: it will not make you smarter across the board, and it cannot promise to prevent dementia or memory loss. Practice improves the skills you practice — that is the claim, and it is the only claim. No invented testimonials, no fabricated ratings, no imaginary member counts. The full account of what we measure and what we refuse to claim is on our Methodology & Science page, and our side-by-side look at the rest of the industry is at our honest comparison.

The data policy, in one paragraph

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never store full card numbers. You can export your data anytime and permanently delete your account and everything in it. The complete details are in the Privacy Policy.
